COVID-19 “Interim BLS Provider Course”
Health Care Provider Level CPR “AKA” Basic Life Support BLS “Pandemic Interim”
Over the years of helping students get the training they need for the employment they require, we have had countless questions on whether or not someone needs the Health Care Provider level CPR also known as Basic Life Support Provider or the general public version of CPR, now with the COVID-19 Pandemic how are we going to train our students in this life saving technique without physically being there?. We understand the dilemma, the panic and the fear of potentially catching a disease by attending a course physically. To aid schools during the COVID-19 Pandemic the Heart & Stroke Foundation and many other societies are turning to a “2 part training system” to reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19. To do this we have broken the BLS program into two easy pieces, the first part a “Virtual training session completed with your instructor via online conference while you watch the training update video’s” the second part is the “Post Pandemic hands on skills session that will be scheduled once the restrictions on schools has been lifted.
